Supper Club Sisters is a unique food venture in Calgary born as a passion project driven by a deep love for Vietnamese food and a desire to share it with others. Operating without a traditional storefront, we offer unique experiences, ranging from private catering to occasional pop-up events across Calgary. Our menus are thoughtfully crafted featuring dishes inspired by our personal favorites and those of our loved ones.

Our mission is to immerse you in the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine by creating dishes using quality and wholesome ingredients. We want to create experiences that will ignite your senses and leave a lasting impression.

THE CULINARY MASTERMIND

Jessica is the mastermind behind every dish we serve. Having spent most of her life in the kitchen, her food reflects her rich heritage. She is the soul of our kitchen, who brings a fusion of traditional techniques and personal flair, ensuring each dish stands out for its uniqueness. Cooking is more than a passion or a skill - it’s a love language expressed through the warmth and flavor she brings to every dish she crafts.

THE SOUS-CHEF FORCE

Karen’s humble beginnings in the kitchen started when she was first exposed to home-cooked Vietnamese food in Jessica’s kitchen. She went from designated garlic chopper to being our Khot and Grill Master. Chaos in the kitchen brings her a sense of calmness. Karen keeps all of us organized and her energy is what drives the Supper Club Sisters forward.

THE CREATIVE VISIONARY

June brings a creative flair and swagger to our team and everything that we do. Her eye for presentation and meticulousness ensures that every event we do is a true work of art. June adds a special spark to any occasion. Her extensive experience in the hospitality industry and as an event planner helps us to elevate any event that we undertake - big or small.  She constantly pushes boundaries to create memorable experiences.

To ensure we can give your event the attention it deserves, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible when submitting catering requests.

While we understand that sometimes events come up unexpectedly, we ask for at least a minimum of 10 days when possible.
